Why am I not on the members list?
Most likely because I haven't updated it yet. However, it could also be because you (1) haven't watched this club, (2) haven't sent a note or (3) or you sent it with the same note as submissions. REMEMBER, SEPARATE NOTES FOR JOINING AND SUBMITTING.

Why is my submitted fanart not uploaded?
Same reason as above. Well, most likely your fault because DeeryMe isn't lazy like me and updates regularly.

Why do I have to submit separate notes to join and submit fanart?
This is because we have two administrators. I take care of Join requests and takes care of Submission requests. If you send a note titled  Join/Request, I might read it first and add you as a member but DeeryMe will see that the note is read and accidentally skip it so your work might not be uploaded. Since I only take care of Join requests, if you send a note title Join and request fanarts to be submitted, I will simply ignore them. Even though DeeryMe might be lenient, I'm not and I don't like extra work. Sorry hahahahaha. Ok, seriously, sorry.

Why can't we ask to join or submit through comment?
Because I say so. Just kidding. Not. No, I was kidding. It's just easier through notes than comments. I have to go back and search for the original comment sometimes because (1) the user asked to join but did not watch this club so I have to tell him/her to watch or (2) the user submitted an artwork that did not meet the *requirements.
